Once you have been through the 5-step productive environment process using the scorecard and implemented your
plan, you will need to maintain it. One way to assure that you do that is by conducting a Productivity Tune-Up™. You can schedule that with your productivity specialist.
- You will fill out the scorecard again, much later (possibly three, six, or twelve months later).
- You will evaluate your results with your specialist to see if you have made any progress or to address areas that still need work.
- You can conduct a productivity tune-up as often as you like. We recommend at least every six months to a year. Priorities change, employees change, goals change. Remember, productivity means creating an intentional setting for yourself.
