Productive Environment Day

If you work in an office with several employees, you might wish that you could  do  the following:

  • Get rid of unnecessary files and papers
  • Spend time implementing the records retention policies of your company
  • Identify records management issues
  • Create an office that reflects the quality of service you offer your clients

Well now you can do this by having a Productive Environment Day™. This day is designed to give employees the time, permission, and resources to eliminate anything from their offices that can be shredded, recycled, tossed, or relocated to another place. Here is how it happens.

Step 1: Prior to that day, we will offer your employees a seminar titled “The Art of Wastebasketry: Sometimes It Takes an Expert to Take Out the Trash.™” The seminar will include company guidelines for participants about how to decide what to eliminate from their offices.

Step 2: A certified environment specialist will provide a checklist of 18 essential ingredients for a successful “clean-out” day.

Step 3: On the day of the event, the productive environment specialist will be there to address specific issues & implement the Productive Environment Plan outlined in the 18-step checklist provided.

Step 4: The specialist will consult with managers to assess the effectiveness of the day, talk about any needed follow-up, and future maintenance.
