I work with small businesses who want to get control of their time, space, information, and technology so that they can reduce their stress and increase their productivity in order to be successful and enjoy life. I usually work with individuals or small groups on a regularly scheduled basis such as weekly or biweekly. I do my best work with motivated individuals who may know how to organize, but don’t have the time or desire to tackle an organizing project.
They are eager to make changes that I suggest and do not have trouble getting rid of things.

Package Pricing for Services-2012

These packages are designed to save the customer money. If the work cannot be completed in the stated time, the customer can purchase addition time by the hour which is $70 for home offices and $85 for business offices.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All packages are available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
  • Full payment is due at the first session.
  • The packages do not include any organizing supplies. The client may purchase those if needed or the organizer can bring them and receive reimbursement.
  • Clients shall give Productivity Solutions as much notice as possible if a session needs to be rescheduled. If less than 24 hours notice is given, there will be a one-hour charge.

New Business Start-Up Package-16 hours-$1199-for the new business owner

  • Together we will design a plan to give you easy-to-use office systems so that you can be more efficient and save time, money, space, and energy
  • Imagine these wonderful systems set up for you to use: Great file system, tax deductions system, supplies center, desk arrangement, and email management in order to get more done, find documents quickly and easily, have all necessary material at hand to reduce stress, and reduce time spent managing email.
  • Everything in your office will be organized so that you will be able to increase your productivity and focus on your core business activities.

Business Mini-Makeover Package-8 hours $599-for the established business owner who wants to improve productivity.

  • Together we will evaluate your current office systems to see what is working and what is not.
  • We will design and implement a plan to improve or change any systems that are not working in order to increase your productivity.
  • You will be left with any instructions that are not completed in the 8 hours.

Business File and Paper Management Package-4 hours $299-for the established business owner who needs help with paper and file management

  • Together we will evaluate your filing system to see what is working and what is not.
  • We will design a plan to manage paper flow in and out of your office so that you can find papers quickly and easily when you need them.
